Help with Downloading Files from this Website

If anyone is having difficulty in downloading files from the site, please read the technical specifics below.

Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

All files on the website are saved in .PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print these files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download and can be downloaded from their website, located above. Generally, the tangsoopro.com will allow you to just view or open the PDF files from the website by just clicking on the file. If this does not work, or you receive an error message, please follow the steps below to save the file to your computer, then open it.

DOWNLOADING THE FILES TO YOUR COMPUTER

If you are having trouble opening files from the server, please follow these instructions to save the file to your computer, then open it. When you find the file you wish to download, right-click the file. It will give you some options, select Save Target As, and choose a folder and location to save the file (normally My Documents folder). After selecting a location, click Save.

After you have saved the file, go to the folder where you saved it (My Documents). Select the file and double-click it. You should then open the file and see the contained text. If you get any error messages on the opening of the file, or the text is not clear, you may have issues with your Adobe installation or you may not have Adobe Reader installed.
